Basically what @tardey has said. As for the current delay, I see there is conflicting opinion on here whether or not their holidays are the reason. I think they've played a part. The case updates on the Domstol website did come to a stop. Sweden have a very short summer, so understandably they like to make the most of it. Bad timing for us, but I believe we should hopefully have a decision by mid August. Obviously we want that 100% certainty of no leave to appeal granted, but at this moment with the anode plant going ahead, there is still no delay to Talga's timeline.
