I agree with the above - lots of great milestones... but looking at our mates over at Mesoblast is a stark reminder of how things can change quickly from a state of optimism to anger and frustration.

Reality is, without these permits we face a long wait and they are critical to the success of the company... and the decision rests with someone who is not as heavily invested in the storyline and TLG's journey to-date in the same way that most of us are.

My theory is we need to be comfortable with our positions / the amount we've invested and the fact that we may face a delay that will affect mid-term pricing... to me its a worry we've not had a resounding yes from the courts that the appeals have been quashed.. I really hope otherwise of course but business is tough and stocks are like racehorses sometimes...

It has, is and always will be about us securing these mining permits!
