I've just read on Talga's newsletter:
"The first sod for the battery anode factory at Hertson in Lulea will begin in the fall of 2023 with the goal of completion in 2026."
Disappointing if true, as we've been told start of production by end of 2024 up until this point. So that'd be around a 12 month blow out. Both below images are from presentations. The first is from the presentation in February this year. Note the dates are included next to the expansion info. The second image is from the presentation from the 31st. The dates have been removed. If this news is accurate and not a mistake, I suspect the company will announce the updated time frame together with news/images of the groundbreaking ceremony.
