Could equally be argued that Europe needs to drop all of the green ideology and embark on full scale war materiel production. That would be more appropriate to continued fighting in the wars they are engaged in, in Ukraine, and now in Africa too.

Critical Raw Materials funding has already been granted for Zavaliesky Graphite. So perhaps you should go and buy them up.
