Yep my thoughts exactly they will appeal, delaying for another 4 weeks after 26th October, for it to be considered. They had a big win with the supreme courts of appeal some time ago 2021 or 2020 which has probably caused them to think they have a chance. cant quite remember. It was regarding the effect on nat 2000 area. Basically the enviro impacts were not done properly and they were able to show that, and the company was forced to redo their enviro impact and start again. This though is totally different, they are going for species survey not being carried out and missing some snakes and fungi. Now if it was a the 3 toed woodpecker they might have a chance, but dont see it myself. They will however delay until late november any decision, and by then SP will be low and CR needs to be done which will mean greater dillution for share holders.
