My understanding is that on the 26th of October there will be a presentation to a panel with the aim of convincing them that there has been a gross error in the earlier judgements or that the court needs to develop a new case law.
The timeline for a definitive decision after the hearing is unclear ... If the court can quickly make a ruling , the optimistic side of me hopes that one week should suffice to throw out the appeal but the pessimistic side of me doesn't want to commit to a date or ruling not to be disappointed given past experience...
