I'm seeing market caps a bit less than that, but otherwise lower market cap for NOU/LLG might be expected for a 50/50 joint venture. How would the two companies always be in agreement? A merger might justify a higher combined market cap. Also maybe as you say Talga might be more advanced on the anode research side?
