I'm not convinced Sweden is 'challenging China' when they are approving large Chinese investment in the battery sector.
In May this year it was reported that Chinese listed anode company Putailai is building Europe’s largest anode manufacturing factory in Sundsvall, Sweden, and will supply Norvolt.
