The EU breaking up is more likely than not. They want to bring in what is left of Ukraine now into the EU even as the Ukraine military goes down. Totally bizarre ideas, living in fantasy land. The real question is for how much longer can the EU enforce it's will over member states, and is the EU a proxy for Germany?
