A fairly pessimistic panel about Europe's battery chain woes. I've viewed many of these types of panels over the last 3 or 4 years, and I can say that graphite was mostly never mentioned in the past. It appears that the Chinese export permits has certainly put it front and center as it is spoken about fairly regularly throughout the video.
It doesn't paint a pretty picture for Europe at the moment, but it does inadvertently highlight how well Talga has done to navigate through overwhelming regulations with basically no financial assistance (yet) other than from shareholder's pockets. To now be at the point of building the production scale plant and on the cusp of the mine appeals being rejected is no small feat.
