I am sure that the delays ARE intentionally designed to appear as though consideration has been given to it's full extent for the benefit of the appellants.
That said, even the Sami would fully be aware by now that their chance of success is miniscule
I would just like an update on groundworks, maybe a monthly summary of progress on site, as I think this would keep interest in the project to its best potential, and also attract some new investment maybe.
I am sure that the delays ARE intentionally designed to appear...
