Freyr are the first battery makers to redomicile since the IRA came into play. That does not mean that they're abandoning Giga Arctic, which judging by their September update is mostly complete - at least externally. One company attempting to take advantage of the IRA's offerings isn't exactly a mass exodus when you look at the map below. We also have the NZIA that will be coming into law in 2024, which should help prevent any other companies being lured to the States.

In Talga's MOU it does mention the possibilities of co-locating Talga's production into Freyr's facilities, however that MOU has since lapsed with Talga obviously continuing down their original planned pathway to production.
