I can't explain it either, but what i do know is the courts need to reject the stupid appeal so we can get this thing moving back up to $2. We are all tired of waiting on the courts for over a year. But on the bright side everything else is moving forward. hopefully after thr first of the year the court actually gets back to work and rejects this final appeal. I'm down 200k so I'm hoping and praying for a quick answer soon
