I agree the DOD will be a big player in the graphite market, especially after Ukraine falls, and with the United States now having lost control over the Middle East, and the final demise of the petrodollar. US bases are already under fire. Those aircraft carriers are obsolete, can you imagine a few of those going down with the loss of a few thousand servicemen?
