It's just paranoia, Civil Defence Minister, Carl-Oskar Bohlin is paranoid. Sweden joined in the fight on Russia and lost. So he has a guilt complex. What would he do in Russia's position, he would try to extract vengeance, but that is his projection. There is no evidence the Russians want vengeance.
The Saab Swedish missiles and howitzers have all been destroyed, as to Swedish, what was that "Global Eye", satellite I haven't seen much reporting, if anything, from either side on this aspect of warfare.
