never said that what the market thinks does not matter but if you are a market/price maker, you can influence the former.
and yes, painfully aware of sector trend. still, the court decision does matter a great deal here and once it is there, off take agreements like the one today of a Li stock I am holding will push up the price. and by that time the price maker will be on our side. question is not if but when that will happen. could be tomorrow
