Whats your basis for the "large capital raises"? And if you assume 40% of needed capex is to be raised on market I think you're way off. But even in that worse case scenario, brokers have beaten you to it, pricing the stock at $2 to $3. Maybe 18 months away from production which should spit out an unprecedented P/E at these prices.
