Isn't Talga on the cusp of completing their finance? I suppose investors like the advanced stage Talga are in as well as the jurisdiction a lot more than war-torn and massively corrupt Ukraine and Tanzania, an African country "categorised by the US State Department as a Country/Jurisdiction of Primary Concern in respect of Money Laundering and Financial Crimes." Also, look no further than what the Tanzanian government did to Acacia Mining, obliterating its share price by 70%.
