Mining in Africa, Botswana and namibia would be my only choice, after what happened to Sundance and Equatorial resources in DRC I would not trust another country. The Chinese and Russians march in with the loot and persuade the dodgy governments to somehow revoke licences that have been in place for years......you takes a big risk.
