Well, at least it didn't stop the US from including TZ in the MSP or the EU from entering into a strategic partnership with Ukraine. Argentina, Brazil, Kazakhstan and the DRC aren't doing any better either, so this risk appears to be tolerated.
Less tolerable for political decision-makers and OEMs are probably a lack of votes or dwindling sales figures due to bad press (especially if there are other, less „annoying“ ways to secure a supply)
Or do you think the Sami will just give up their resistance and have a big reindeer BBQ if the upcoming decision doesn't go in their favor?
