The graph states "production", not "reserves".. Australia is producing. Ukraine is not. There are a myriad of other "reserves" around the world - none of which are yet producing. The current abysmal and manipulated lithium price i suspect is designed to delay those company reserves becoming producers. That chart is exactly why TLG (and other non chinese related companies) need to hurry through the levels of bureaucracy, permitting, financing, construction, business negotiations etc to ensure supply chains aren't heavily of all BEV materials dominated by one country. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen.
