That kind of private partnership could even survive the pending breakup of the European Union. I will get attacked for saying it, but then when the EU does breakup, shareholders will run for the exit, just like they always have, except maybe for that very small group of shareholders, almost negligible by total market cap, who post on Hot Copper.
