two points that I would add to "All for a current market cap under $300m" if I may.
a) location, location, location. All of the what you listed is located within the EU. Strategic assets and to me a really important aspect of jurisdiction (within the EU) is not just for off-takes but also finance/loan agreements.
b) A$280M at current FX-rate convert into $170m Euros. That is absolute peanuts and I could list at least 10 players based in Europe with an M&A war chest that could easily afford to add a zero to that figure.

Once the court finally gets the job done, things may accelerate rather quickly. Imagine where the SP could be in a month or so.
Still cannot believe that I bought at $1.80 on the day the court approvals were announced and that a 1% chance of appeal and some large holder having to sell plus some macro story allowed the shorters to push the SP to current levels. Was happy to have the chance top up twice in the 50cs but realistically anything lower than the SPP of $1 is still crazy cheap (yes, took part in that, too). Will see what happens when the news from Sweden arrives and then the off take agreements and then further financing news and so on.
