Yeah I thought that was an interesting comment.

A few years ago Talga announced a partnership with a Taiwanese company LTT to look at natural / synthetic blends.

At the time the company said this:

"Talga is seeking to partner with the cleanest synthetic graphite anode producers with
commercial alignment to serve global customer demand for blends and to maximise market
opportunities"

Assuming the Italy comments are correctly attributed to MT, as Talga is a battery materials technology company with in-house lab and a scientific team it would mean there is still internal work being done on developing blended products to "maximise market opportunities". So not just relying on supplying the natural graphite only Tal-C to a battery manufacturer for them to work out their own blending and qualification requirements, but actively involved in the tech development. Would mean even more of the IP is owned in house, unlike asx competitors who have licensed someone else's tech.
