I am always a little weary of these types of 'Research Institues' and their findings. This guys works for a reseach institue who background is oil etc.... not saying its BS just grain of salt stuff...
Also most hybrids dont perform as well as the data sheet suggests and in europe they are taking a harder line on hybrids.
