This is another snippet from the NSD article that was behind the paywall. I believe it's an opinion piece on Talga by Lasse Sundin with ABB. As we know, ABB are working with Talga with plans to eventually electrify the mine.

Invest and Trade Western Australia were tagged in the post, they are part of the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation. They have many specialties listed below, but most notably for Talga is that they deal with business support grants, funding, incentives and projects.

This is the same department that funded AROSE, which Talga joined.
