Unfortunately, I'm only a retail investor and in the same boat as everyone here.

Tomorrow will mark a full year since the initial environmental permit approval. Understandably, holders who have braved a gauntlet involving multiple rounds of yes or no outcomes are frustrated by the ongoing appeals. This prolonged process causes doubt to emerge, but I don't believe case time is a reliable indicator of a positive or negative outcome. I posted the other day about Botnia Exploration's case taking 10 months before finally a positive result with appeals being rejected as an example of this.

A contributor on the other forum posted a supreme court document that showed a timeline of the court and lawyer's interactions. Up until December, it appeared as if they were still delaying things with power of attorney signatures. The signatures were submitted on the 13th of December. An example of the slow-walking that occurred during the overly lenient submission stages, which is why I suppose we still find ourselves waiting now.
