Thank you Gvan, for keeping us informed and providing thoughtful information. But I'm so deep into this stock (and very RED even after averaging way down) and I'm so frustrated by the pace that this appeal is taking. There is no reason for us not to have a decision by now. I do believe that the appeal will be rejected and we will be able to finally move forward. But the waiting is just so painful to say the least. I wish that Mark could provide us with any information that they have. The only thing that makes me feel better is knowing that Mark's is all in and his whole life's work is riding on this too. Good luck to all of us and let's hope we get a positive answer soon.
