On the flipside a decision that takes a month shouldn't be put to the back of the que because there's a backlog. These cases get assigned to individual justices. There could be any number of reasons a justice could be absent from work.
I don't know how the system works (if you can say that), but i take comfort in the fact that we will be a strategic partner regardless of their decision
