"Good conversation today when Center Party party leader Muharrem Demirok visited Talga's test facility, Electrical Vehicle Anode Plant, during the morning.
We had the opportunity to tell you about our current operations and our planned plans where Talga will invest 4.5 billion in a large-scale production of battery anodes at Luleå Industripark. The carbon dioxide savings when using Talgas anode Talnode-C in batteries is as much as 92 percent thanks to the natural graphite from Vittangi. The profit has been calculated in comparison with the most common synthetic graphite anodes, which are often manufactured in China from the raw material oil.
The initial annual production of battery anode material is sufficient for approximately 250,000 electric cars per year."
