Impartial maybe informed no. Lumps a whole bunch of unrelated factors together like it somehow makes a logical argument. No better example than her closing statement which suddenly jumps from arguing for essentially a rent-seeking model for landowners/communities to something about workers rights....
and that after having argued part of the problem was there wasn't actually that many workers...

These people are angry and bitter about something but they just can't quite work it out in a way that makes sense. Probably because most of what they argue doesn't.

If Sweden needs a new method to profit from its' mineral rights, fine. But don't blame/blackmail companies for working within the existing framework.
If the local council can't pay its' bills, maybe they should try to encourage local employment and migration rather than extorting it
