I understand your frustration mate, but just asking for expected times of hearings and dates at which this commences etc would simply increase their workload and add to the backlog that already exists.
We are in a queue, and have to allow for their actions to take place at their discretion, which is unfortunate, but that's how they operate.
MT has tried to expedite the procedure as best he can by writing to the court, and we can only hope that this helps to speed up the process.
We have to remember that every hearing in the court is important to somebody, ..... but obviously there is only one that we wish to resolve.
