Macron is fixated on Ukraine and Xi will be trying to calm him down and to make him see sense. With the Russians on high alert, conducting tactical nuclear drills, the Chinese will probably try to smooth things over economically to gain some leverage diplomatically to stop any military escalation. Just exactly the inverse of what Macron and Van der Crazy are trying to get out of Xi.
