Wrong. The commission will decide which projects become strategic by December 2024. 6 months. Talga are at the very end of the permitting process for stage 1, meaning the CRMA will be more beneficial for Talga's future expansions. This means that the current timeline for strategic projects is perfectly acceptable for Talga. Also, the webinar removed any theories regarding the CRMA and the Supreme Court. The delay at the court is not caused by the CRMA, but rather a backlog of cases.
