Gvan, thanks buddy, what I dont get is that the commission already knows surely after all these years of drawing up what materials are to be put in the CRMA and they know who the companies are who can deliver such CRMA needs. They should be turning to the companies and saying you are a strategic contributor to CRMA as opposed to be asking for applications, seems such arse about face way doing something. That chinese anode company setting up in Morocco can access europe, all they have to do is apply and they should not be allowed to.
Maybe I am just tired of this whole rigmarole
