Mercedes Benz, Volkswagon and BMW are all proponents of no tariffs and free Chinese entry. It's interesting. Do they consider restrictions or penalties on dirty (high CO2 synthetic) graphite to be a tariff barrier? I think Talga are depending on that particular legislation. The competition is fierce. The Chinese are putting in factories in Serbia and Hungary I believe.
