Yes neutro, people have gathered that by now, or they should have. The question is how strong will the EU tariffs be. What is the story with JRV, with the cobalt plant in Finland? Can they keep the plant running on low cobalt prices? I agree, It doesn't bode well for entire sector if the EU are going to let that go down.
