We cannot take back our agreement not to mine in Winter, that would mean starting the whole application process from the beginning, we can however make new conditions for the next stage, especially if the mine is underground.
The Sami would not rethink their appeal in any case, they are just totally against the mine.
Mark knows what he is doing and has followed all the rules so far, now he is getting a firmer stance with the involvement of the government in the detailed plan, and very soon all this will be behind us when the CRMA gets published and comes into full force.
