what irks me is that not only the judiciary is just “sitting on it” for so many months, they don’t even have the common courtesy to give any update despite having delayed beyond their standard response time. Even a prompt from Talga to the SC for a decision has not resulted in a response.p so far. Who would want to do business with that Country !
Unfortunately like many others, I am in so deep that I cannot just walk away.
