...and this process with the SC tells the Sami, and anyone else, that they can cause significant disruption and delay to a project, at no cost to themselves, by simply submitting an appeal. The more submissions, the more disruption. Clog up the courts with spurious paperwork. The appeals process is not fit for purpose, too much power in the hands of contrarians. It must be overhauled.
