Scott Ritter has said (I think) there are now twenty US bases in Sweden, and personnel use Swedish number plates, no entry allowed by Swedish authorities? Will have to go back and find what he said. If they station nuclear missiles then Lulea has become a target for especially small tactical nuclear warhead against the US missiles, Ritter said, but I reckon the Russians would probably hit first with hypersonic armed with conventional high explosive.
