Has anyone on here had dealings with our court system ? Sweden is not that bad.This is slick by Aussie standards.
What about Family Law in this country, how many years to be heard, or Federal circuit court trying to recover a largish debt and they be appealed to the Federal Court ???
This happens with all courts, judges should be renamed to directors of traffic as they avoid judging.
Believe me I want a result, tomorrow...........a positive one, but the courts will give everyone a chance to be heard, not uphold timetables and take time. To expect anything else is absurd.
