Yeh, and I understood that.
Be a judge for a minute. Make a decision now and be unpopular.
Make a decision when TLG is approved as a strategic project................blame someone else.
To my mind this is why SC has not made a decision, they are waiting for the opportunity to blame someone else.
Again judges should be renamed to directors of traffic as they shy away from making a decision...........judging.
Just my thoughts.
