Yes, but a decision in our favour knocks the Sami out. For a lot of people a decision in our favour will be unpopular.
To my mind the SC is sitting back, will make the decision but does not want to be blamed. Hence the strategic project status needs to be obtained first.
For most strategic project status is meant to fast stream things. For us, due to timing it is slowing things down.
Just my thoughts.
