As a Risk Analyst, it is interesting reading, albeit in a different field to mine.
Fairly evident from reading the document that NIMBY is the key to opposition, and use of Talga a s a vehicle to voice "repression", to which Talga becomes a scapegoat.
Let's hope that the SC does not see any of this as a vehicle to overturn the approval and set a new precedent in Sweden.
