I enjoyed that video Pharvest.
I remember reading a few years ago where China had relocated a couple of their artificial graphite plants from the North (coal based electricity) to the South (hydro based electricity) and being the cynic that I am, I assumed that this was so that China could pretend that all their synthetic graphite was green.
The conclusion from your video is that China is now becoming desperate for an increase in their coal imports.
If this was mentioned at the recent Chinese visit to Canberra, it has been carefully hidden from the Press.
But I suspect China will not be prepared to wait the 12 months (max) until our election is out of the way.
