1 - Your "article" is a blog post by Joanne Nova, a serial pest climate denial / conspiracy theorist. Hardly ranks as "facts" and is in itself the definition of propaganda.
2 - There is a hell of a lot more complexity to marine reef ecosystems than merely % cover of hard corals. Saying look here - the gbr has gone from 30% coral cover to 39% therefore climate change is a hoax and warming and acidifyng oceans are actually a great thing for coral reefs!
It would be similar to incinerating an old growth forest in a wildfire, then coming back 5 years later and saying that there 5% more ground cover of weeds and shrubs than there was previously. And thinking that's a good thing.
Coral reef bleaching is a major problem, and anyone that's put a snorkel and mask on in a tropical reef system over the past few decades would be acutely aware of it.
