The CR is always at a discount to the volume weighted average price (vwap)
So the lower the share price goes, the lower that vwap becomes and the lower the CR
At 20% discount to 40c, we looking at 32c
If share price is 30c, we looking at 24c
Look at that share price since the nothing desperate announcements.... I'm thinking 30c is a a few days away
