The clause below means anyone (except for loyal shareholders in non-eligible jurisdictions as determined by the Board) who is a registered shareholder by 6th September gets the options.
You could not participate in the CR, and if the share price fell to $0.20c and you bought it at $0.20 and were registered (3 days after you buy) before the 6th September you receive the "Loyalty Options"
Hence Loyalty is nothing more than a buzz word indicating to me they are getting desperate now
Shareholders in eligible jurisdictions to be determined by the Board, who were registered at 5:00pm (AWST) on Friday, 6 September 2024 ("Record Date"), will be entitled to participate in the Loyalty Offer ("Eligible Shareholders").
