You are betting on the timing of the SC decision. Gambling.
It may be the case that the SC are currently reviewing the Appeal right now and a decision out within a week. No one knows. Very few appeals take more than 12 months.
The woke you talk about is just a diversion. Woke is built into legislation and the decision will be purely based on the correct application of that legislation.
The rest of us are investing rather than gambling.
There is a huge difference, and it's like comparing short-term traders and long-term investors. Both have different objectives.
Long term holders ride the ups and downs as part of the journey to a successful investment.
You are actively downramping, hoping to drive the share price down to suit your trading agenda.
If the SC decision drags on then we may all get a chance to add cheaper. Its just a part of the investment journey.
